  • The valley itself is a no-signal zone — part of the charm! MTN tends to have the best reception on the way from Clanwilliam, but you’ll lose signal roughly 16 km before reaching us.

  • Yes, but only in select areas. Guests are welcome to connect at the main farmhouse shop or relax in the garden with access. The cottages and campsites do not have Wi-Fi.

  • Yes, pets are welcome! We just ask that you let us know in advance — it’s not a “show up with your pet” situation. This allows us to allocate the most suitable, pet-friendly accommodation, prepare for your pet’s arrival, and ensure there aren’t too many pets on-site at one time.

There is no extra charge for dogs and you can bring up to 2 dogs per room.

We are open to other pets too, but please confirm in advance as arrangements will depend on the type of pet.

Please note that dogs must not be aggressive, and owners must clean up pet waste immediately.

Please maintain hygiene and prevent damage, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

We have a relaxed, farm-like environment, so dogs do not need to be kenneled in rooms or public areas.

  • Not in the valley itself, but the surrounding Cederberg peaks sometimes get a dusting in winter. Light frost can also make an appearance on winter mornings.
